Adrien Goncalves holds a master’s degree in ‘Neuropsychology and Cognitive Psychopathology’ (Université Côte d’Azur, Nice) as well as two university degrees in ‘Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies – CBT’ (Université Côte d’Azur, Nice) and ‘Psychoeducation’ (Université Claude Bernard, Lyon). He is currently pursuing a Psychology Ph.D. in the ‘Cognitive neuropsychology and pathophysiology of schizophrenia’ research unit (Université de Strasbourg – INSERM). His doctoral research revolves around investigating the benefits of ‘MCT psychosis’ on the metacognitive abilities of people with schizophrenia.
Professionally, Adrien worked for several years as a case manager in a psychosocial rehabilitation center. He also provides research services to the University Hospital Center of Nice about the effects of MyMCT on people with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
