Description

Martyna is a graduate in pedagogy, psychology, and doctoral studies from the Medical University of Warsaw, where she works as an assistant. She gained clinical experience in non-governmental organizations (POMOST Association, Pro Alteri Foundation) and medical facilities (Wolski Hospital, Mazovian Provincial Hospital Drewnica). Her interests lie in the mechanisms of psychosis development and psychological interventions for individuals with disorders within the schizophrenia spectrum.

She led a PRELUDIUM grant funded by the National Science Centre and served as an executive in an OPUS grant focusing on the interaction between trauma, personality, and cognitive functions as predictors of increased psychosis development in the young population (led by Dr. hab. Łukasz Gawęda, Prof. IP PAN). She is also a recipient of the Etiuda doctoral scholarship, during which she completed an internship at the University of Melbourne.
