Description

Trini is currently working as a psychologist in one of the psychosis early intervention programmes at the Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu (PSSJD) since 2006. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (2001). She has a postgraduate degree in Adult Psychopathology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) (2022).

Trini has been working at the PSSJD since 2004 and previously worked at the Parc Taulí Hospital in Sabadell. She is involved in several research projects in the Etiopathogenesis and Treatment of Major Illnesses Group, MERITT. Her scientific interest is in the study of psychosis, especially in the early stages (first psychotic episodes and ultra high risk of psychosis; UHR) and the effectiveness of evidence-based psychological interventions in this type of patient. She is currently completing her PhD on the application of Barlow’s Unified Protocol for the Treatment of Emotional Disorders (UP) in patients at ultra high risk of psychosis and emotional comorbidity, in the University of Zaragoza.
